Are you currently working in a dealership Service BDC but feel underpaid, under-supported, or capped in your growth?

A high-volume, well-established automotive dealership is confidentially seeking a proven Service BDC / Appointment Coordinator who consistently delivers results.

If you are hitting your numbers and know your value, this opportunity may be worth a private conversation.

We’re Looking For:

  • Current or recent Service BDC experience at a franchised dealership
  • Strong appointment-setting and follow-up discipline
  • Confidence handling high inbound call volume
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS (preferred)
  • A track record of maintaining strong show rates
