- Deliver training and share your knowledge with teams across the Central Fraser Valley
- Step into leadership roles when needed, including supporting the AGM
- Contribute ideas and insights that help shape how operations run
The impact you’ll make

- You’ll drive a strong safety-first culture that protects employees, passengers, and the public
- You’ll solve real-time operational challenges and make decisions that directly impact service delivery
- You’ll enhance the customer experience by addressing issues and continuously improving operations
- You’ll support employment opportunities in your community through hiring, training, and succession planning

- The opportunity to make a real impact in your community
- A supportive, team-focused work environment
