Comfort Keepers is expanding its team to provide one on one home support to seniors and other individuals in the Kamloops area. We want to elevate the human spirit and you can be the person to spark joy in someone's life.

Job Description

Comfort Keepers provides caregivers who wish to engage in meaningful, interaction with seniors and individuals in their homes while while assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and for those qualified; personal care. Comfort Keepers provides services 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. Choose the hours that suit your life. Work as little as 2 hour a week or as much as 35 hours a week.

Job Requirements

  • Care Aide in good standing with BC Registry or Community Support Worker with strong background in group home setting.
  • Current CPR/First Aid
  • Clean Vulnerable Sector check
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patient, organized, honest and mature
  • Genuinely caring and enjoy interacting with others
  • Dedicated to participating in the continuum of care for your client
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Excellent references

Education requirements:

  • HCA or CSW
