Your Tasks:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients
  • Coordinating patient bookings
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Assisting patients with queries (on the phone and in the office)
  • Educating patients on product lines and procedures that we offer
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • Works well with others and is an active team player
  • Attend work reliably with an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Previous med spa experience.
  • Customer service experience or MOA experience
  • Work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • A high level of professional manner, performance, and care in personal presentation.
