Full job description

Server – Hot Pot Restaurant

We are hiring friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Servers to join our front-of-house team.

Our servers are primarily responsible for taking care of guests, managing assigned tables, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Explain menu options and hot pot dining procedures when needed
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Monitor assigned tables throughout the meal
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with order accuracy and communicate with the kitchen and food runners
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned table sections
  • Handle guest concerns appropriately and involve a supervisor when necessary
  • Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods

What We Are Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Able to stay organized while managing multiple tables
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Previous serving experience is preferred
  • Hot pot or Asian restaurant experience is an asset
  • Must be willing to learn menu items and restaurant service standards
