As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Bayshore store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client. Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory procedures, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Support the achievement of sales and performance goals
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Help coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
  • Ensure store presentation standards are maintained
  • Support inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention initiatives
  • Act as a leader in the absence of store management
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously

  • Has 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or a premium customer service environment.
