Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Office Manager on behalf of our client, an established organization in the Bayers Lake area.

This is a leadership-focused role responsible for overseeing office operations, managing a team of administrative professionals, and ensuring key business processes remain organized and on track. You'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, and helping the office run smoothly.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader who enjoys problem-solving, motivating others, and taking ownership of their work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment
• Lead, support, and supervise a small team of administrative employees
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure administrative priorities are completed on schedule
• Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to the administrative staff
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot operational and administrative challenges as they arise
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SysPro, and other internal systems to support office operations and reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading office operations and administrative teams in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, delegation, and team-development skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SysPro or similar ERP systems is considered an asset
• Financial, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is considered an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
• Open to learning new systems and processes
