Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, the Sous Chef will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate food production to meet service timelines while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Support food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
- Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste.
