Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and service needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Maintain food safety and food handling standards by following proper procedures and hygiene practices
  • Manage cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties while ensuring proper math calculations
  • Support food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
  • Uphold food industry regulations and safety protocols at all times
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods

Skills

  • Previous experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS preferred
  • Food service or restaurant experience highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
