BABA is a neighbourhood café that evolves throughout the day—from a relaxed morning coffee spot into a lively evening snack bar. We’re creating a casual, welcoming space where guests feel like regulars and where great coffee, thoughtful drinks, and simple delicious food bring the community together.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven people to join our Front of House team in the following roles:

  • Bartenders
  • Baristas
  • Servers

What you will be doing

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare coffee and espresso beverages (Barista positions)
  • Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks (Bartender positions)
  • Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, and dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
  • Help create the kind of experience that keeps neighbours coming back
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and a team-first mindset
  • Previous café, restaurant, or bar experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right people
  • Smart Serve certification (required for Bartender and Server positions in Ontario
