  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every appointment.
  • Perform haircuts, styling and colour services appropriate to your level of experience.
  • Continue building your technical skills through ongoing education and mentorship.
  • Learn from experienced stylists and work alongside supportive leaders.
  • Recommend professional products and home care solutions that help guests achieve beautiful, healthy hair.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation.
  • Help create a positive, welcoming and professional salon environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed hairstylist or recent graduate eligible to work as a hairstylist in Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Passion for hair and exceptional guest service.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.

  • Commitment to continuous education and personal growth.
