Job Overview

Duties

  • Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, highlighting, styling, and treatments specialized to guest's preferences
  • Consult with guest's to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals
  • Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
  • Build strong client relationships through personalized service and effective communication
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3+ years Hair Styling experience + Clientele
  • A valid Hair Styling License

Experience

  • Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
  • Knowledge of hair styling techniques and current beauty trends is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills to connect with diverse guest's and team members
  • Ability to uphold sanitation standards diligently and consistently
  • Experience in front desk operations or reception duties is a plus but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the beauty industry
