ROLE SUMMARY

The Frederick is looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager with a restaurateur spirit to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is a strong people and business leader, responsible for overseeing daily operations, building strong teams, driving financial results, and maintaining a culture of hospitality excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and inspire front of house operations and management teams
  • Drive guest experience, service standards, and team culture
  • Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, and operational performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef and kitchen team ensuring seamless and exceptional service
  • Support financial targets through strong leadership and execution
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a General Manager role
  • Experience leading successful operations in a 100+ seat restaurant environment
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational and financial performance
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest experience
  • Experience with Toast and Open Table systems

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
