Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and ensuring consistency in quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
  • Uphold a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, specials, and dietary information.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Clear tables, bring dishes into the dish pit, replenishing utensils / condiments on tables in dining area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender and server is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven reliability and punctuality; being on time is crucial to the success of our team.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments.
  • A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn and experiment with new drink recipes.
  • Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state regulations.
  • Smart-Serve certified
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS
