FYE Ultra Club is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Inspired by the world's premier nightlife destinations, FYE Ultra Club offers an elevated entertainment experience featuring world-class DJs, immersive performances, VIP bottle service, and luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and confidently recommend menu and beverage offerings.
  • Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station throughout the shift.
  • Provide VIP-level service while ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving or bartending experience in nightlife, hospitality, restaurants, lounges, or high-volume venues is an asset.
  • Smart Serve Certification (required before employment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays, statutory holidays, and scheduled event days.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
