26 Boulevard Bar & Lounge is a modern dining and nightlife destination offering exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, premium service, and live entertainment. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused team members who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Seat guests efficiently while managing reservations and waitlists.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and responsible serving standards.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Process payments accurately and balance cash and card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and service stations.
  • Restock bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and serving essentials.
  • Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and Smart Serve regulations.
  • Promote menu specials, signature cocktails, and upsell food and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Help set up and close the restaurant according to daily procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server, bartender, or hostess is an asset but not required.
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (required for serving alcohol).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
