Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food and beverage services, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for guests. A background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant operations is essential to effectively lead our team and uphold the standards of our food service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar services
  • Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including interviewing, training, and scheduling team members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of supplies
  • Lead team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant environment
  • Assist in developing menus and promotional strategies to enhance guest experience

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food industry practices, including food safety and handling procedures
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently under pressure
  • Skilled in interviewing potential team members and building effective teams
  • Background in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus; barista or food industry experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
