Qualifications:


  • Ability to work well with limited supervision.
  • Ability to communicate and present yourself in a courteous, professional manner with guests, team and management.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and also display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification.
  • Knowledge of principles, values and processes for providing superior guest service.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.

  • Stand, walk and remain on feet and perform job duties for entire duration of your shift.


Job Description:

The Server & Bartender are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are always demonstrated when assisting and serving guests of the hotel.

  • Follow all procedures as outlined in the Banquet Services Manual.
  • Follow all “Standard Bar Operating Procedures”
  • Provide value added service to customers to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle difficult guest inquires effectively or refer them to your supervisor when unsure or require assistance.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Other related duties as required.
