  • Drive top-line revenue through menu engineering, upselling programs, promotions, and local marketing.
  • Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-saving initiatives, and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing strategies for the restaurant, bar, and hotel F&B outlets.

  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Partner with the sales team to grow banquet and group catering business.
  • Create seasonal menus, special events, and packages to attract local clientele and increase hotel guest capture.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure full compliance with all health department regulations, liquor laws, Hilton brand standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee proper maintenance of kitchen and dining equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant environment (dual-brand or multi-outlet experience preferred).
