Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Rep to join the lead generation team for a globally recognized leader in data analytics. This SDR will be responsible for identifying new clients and opportunities with a focus on the financial and banking industries. They will be handling prospecting, qualifying, and signing new clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial and banking industry as well as a hunger to build trust, close deals, and meaningfully impact growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Break into growth-stage B2B organizations
  • Engage CEOs, CROs, and VP Sales
  • Turn cold outreach into meaningful conversations
  • Diagnose real business pain and leadership gaps
  • Build a pipeline that converts—not just fills CRM fields

Requirements

  • 2- 4 years of prospecting, SDR and/or BDR experience
  • 2- 4 years of experience with in the financial services and/or banking sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo

Compensation & Development

Base Salary: $50,000

OTE: $79,800(uncapped)

Ongoing Sandler sales training and coaching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$79,800.00 per year
