Summary

We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager with Salesforce experience to lead and integrate marketing initiatives with proactive sales and client engagement efforts. This role combines digital and traditional marketing leadership with direct customer engagement to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

The successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns, digital presence, events, content creation, and analytics, while actively engaging with dental professionals and dental organisations, generating new business opportunities, and supporting overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, content, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets.
  • Administer and maintain the company’s website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
  • Act as a Salesforce administrator to manage and optimize activities. Create, customize and manage dashboards, email blast, implement journeys, and oversee the sales and marketing team's performance through data analysis.

Events, Seminars & Industry Engagement

  • Plan, organize, and manage continuing education programs / study groups for dental professionals and online webinars (Zoom/Teams)
  • Coordinate with partner companies and organisations for participation in trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting Pro-Art Dental’s quality standards and commitment to client service.

Leadership, Budget & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Sales and marketing team to execute company strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and control the annual marketing department budget.
  • Assist in creating high-quality promotional and marketing content using photography and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
  • Develop promotional videos and multimedia content for digital platforms.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, direct mail, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate growth opportunities, risks, and long-term marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Manage and administer the company’s website and social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging promotional content, including photography, reels, videos, blogs, and social media stories.
  • Design marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
  • Produce promotional and educational videos for webinars, seminars, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest AI-powered marketing and content creation tools, including ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney, CapCut, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content development, branding, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Update and maintain the company website to ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with current marketing campaigns and branding.

Customer Engagement & Sales Activities

  • Provide professional customer service and effectively promote company products and services to dental professionals.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to dentists, clinics, and other dental professionals to introduce products, follow up on inquiries, and drive sales.
  • Visit dental offices and clinics to present product offerings, strengthen relationships, and cross-sell additional services.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through understanding client needs and gathering market intelligence.
  • Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and events to expand professional networks and showcase the company’s offerings.

Analytics, Reporting & Technology

  • Prepare and present monthly marketing and sales analytics reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage all aspects of external agency relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance management, and billing.
  • Oversee design and department activities for web development, print advertising, trade show materials, and seminars.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring needs are addressed effectively.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA required; graduate or postgraduate education in Dental, Business, Marketing, or related field is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dental or pharmaceutical sales.
  • CRM: Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory, with the ability to effectively manage CRM processes, reporting, email campaigns and sales pipeline activities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, Public Speaking and Interpersonal skills with a persuasive, professional manner.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Other Requirements: Must own a car, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel locally for client visits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives/commission.
  • Car allowance and gas reimbursement for client visits.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, full-time, in-person.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
