Lead enterprise-wide brand programs and production plans that support corporate priorities, brand strategy and business needs.

Provide day-to-day leadership for the Brand Programs team, including setting priorities, managing workflow, coaching performance and supporting employee development.

Oversee brand programs including one-off advertising requests, merchandise, employee clothing, national trade show presence, branded office environments, signage, décor and online storefront operations.

Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, procurement, budgets, forecasting, timelines, inventory considerations and operational controls.
-
Collaborate with internal partners, Workplace Experience, procurement, senior leaders and external vendors to translate business needs into practical brand solutions.
-
Support brand governance by ensuring programs, assets and processes follow brand standards, procurement requirements, official languages compliance, accessibility standards, and operational risk controls.

Monitor workflows, systems and service delivery, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and stakeholder experience.
-
Provide creative, production and operational guidance to help the team solve problems, manage risk and deliver high-quality outcomes.
-
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, advertising or a related field, plus at least five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Experience leading people, including setting objectives, managing work, coaching performance and supporting employee development.
-
Experience in brand management, advertising, brand program development, creative production or a related marketing environments.
-
Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand standards, and production principles.
-
Knowledge and experience with procurement processes, sourcing, vendor management, contracts, RFPs/RFQs, budget and inventory management, production standards and operational service delivery.
-
Demonstrated experience managing workflows, budgets, timelines, competing priorities and complex deliverables, including tracking progress, reporting results and identifying process improvements.
-
Ability to work in an in-house agency-style environment with multiple stakeholders, intake channels and shifting priorities.
-
Strong relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes, manage expectations and support decision-making.
-
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Sound judgment, problem-solving ability and a practical approach to managing risk, compliance and service continuity.

Experience with developing brand programs, national service delivery or programs that support multiple locations or business areas.

Experience with promotional merchandise, employee clothing, branded office environments, signage, trade shows, advertising requests and online storefront operations.

Working knowledge of project management best practices, budget and inventory management, intake models, procurement, financial management or digital asset tools such as Workfront, Shopify, ProcessUnity, SAP Finance, Workday Adaptive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Office or similar platforms.

Experience supporting compliance standards in brand or production work, including knowledge of the Official Languages Act, accessibility standards, sustainability, health and safety, document retention and trademark guidelines.

Experience working with senior leaders, business partners and cross-functional project teams.
-
Bilingual ability in English and French would be considered an asset.

Knowledge of financial services, agriculture or other regulated industries.
