What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years professional pastry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of classic French techniques (lamination, pâte à choux, entremets, glaces, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and team building skills; you coach not just direct.
  • Comfort working early mornings and managing peak period pace.
  • Food Handler/Safe Food Certification and familiarity with Ontario health regulations.

Perks:

  • Creative authority to build a pastry program
  • Direct impact on brand growth, menu direction, and guest experience.
  • Collaborative ownership that supports professional development and worklife balance.
