Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scratch Baker and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will need to bake from scratch to the standards that we have created over the past 43 years. There will be some daytime decorating shifts and some evening baking shifts.

Duties :

  • Prepare cake bases and fillings, ensuring consistency and quality in every product
  • Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling cakes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and kitchen area
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Assist with other bakery tasks as needed, including inventory management and restocking supplies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in cake decorating with a strong portfolio of decorated cakes
  • Knowledge of food preparation, baking, and cooking techniques within a bakery or restaurant setting
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic ability to create visually appealing designs
