We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our Edmonton team and help keep our supply chain moving smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for customers and job sites
• Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and shipping area
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) in accordance with safety procedures
• Complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and courier forms
• Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Production) to resolve shipping discrepancies
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required
• Uphold Sirius's safety-first culture in all warehouse activities

What You Bring

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Basic computer skills (inventory or ERP systems an asset)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20.00-$26.25 per hour
