Boston Pizza Stratford is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our Back of House team. If you are passionate about food quality, team development, and creating a positive work environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen team members during shifts
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and coach team members on recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Help manage labor and food costs while maintaining operational excellence
  • Support the management team in achieving restaurant goals

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and lead by example
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
