Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tableau Data Analyst to join our innovative analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data visualization, business analysis, and database management to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Your energetic approach will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, empowering teams to achieve their goals with confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence.

This role will turn operational data into dashboards, analytics and actionable insights that improve business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and flows.
  • Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Use Tableau Prep, Python, and SQL to clean, validate, and combine data.
  • Create reusable data sources, calculations, and KPI definitions.
  • Monitor dashboard refreshes, data quality, and performance.
  • Present insights clearly to operational and leadership teams.
  • Maintain documentation and continuously improve analytics processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • One to two years of experience developing Tableau dashboards.
  • Experience with SQL and multiple data sources.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, Python, and database technologies.
  • Exposure to Hive, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, or BigQuery is an asset.
  • Experience with BigQuery, AI tools, or machine-learning concepts is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain data clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
