Are you a dynamic, results-driven automotive sales leader with a passion for building strong teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience?

A well-established automotive dealership in the Toronto North area is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join its leadership team. This is a confidential opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

As the Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, support your team throughout the customer journey, and help drive overall dealership performance while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Sales team to achieve established objectives and sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to Sales Consultants to strengthen sales performance and the overall customer experience.
  • Assist the Sales team with customer interactions, deal structuring, vehicle purchases, and financing/payment discussions as required.
  • Support the execution of the dealership’s established sales processes and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Work directly with customers when required to build rapport, address questions, and help facilitate successful transactions.
  • Oversee administrative processes related to vehicle sales to help ensure documentation is accurate and completed efficiently.
  • Partner with dealership leadership to support sales objectives and overall operational performance.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the successful operation of the Sales department.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in automotive retail sales.
  • Previous automotive sales management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sales process and dealership operations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC Certification.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
