Job Summary

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for scheduling appointments, dispatching vehicles tothe technicians to be serviced and keeping customers up to date on progress of repairs/diagnosing.
  • Open and process work orders.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repairs.
  • Code work orders for proper billing.
  • Explain charges and completed work to customers.
  • Process Warranty claims to prepare them for submission

The successful candidate must possess excellent computer and organizational skills and have a willingness to learn. They must also be able to work in a fast paced, team environment. A valid, full driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is required. Previous experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $48,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
