About the Job

We are looking for a full-time Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self-Motivated Sales Consultant to join our team! Customer experience is #1 and your attitude must reflect that. Position Objective

  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously.
  • Follow the documented dealership sales processes.
  • Attending to incoming sales calls.
  • Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Strong public relations skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer, telephone, and texting skills.
  • Digital and social media experience considered an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license.
  • OMVIC registration completed and test booked prior to hiring
  • Annual Income Potential for $100k +
