Position: Full-Time | Permanent

Location: Volkswagen St. John’s, 90 Kelsey Drive, St. John’s, NL

Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $100,000+ annually (OTE, Commission & Bonus)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturday rotation seasonally.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers navigate one of the most exciting purchasing decisions they'll make. You'll guide them through the vehicle selection process, understand their needs, and deliver a transparent, professional, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional purchase experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
  • Present vehicle features, technology, and ownership benefits with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing customers.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to support a seamless delivery process.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Volkswagen products, programs, and industry trends through ongoing training.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of proven success in a sales-focused environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
