We Need: Service Advisor

Qualifications

  • Have a thorough understanding of automotive technician trade
  • Have extensive knowledge of repair procedures
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Specific Duties

  • Create work orders
  • Estimate jobs, parts and labor
  • Communicate with technicians related to jobs
  • Manage technician workflow
  • Order parts
  • Maintain organization in the shop
  • Sell customers on work orders
  • Maintain a high quality of workmanship
  • Maintain a high shop morale
  • Maintain a high shop efficiency
  • Maintain a strong safety record
