We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Duties

  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment safely to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency in the shop.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or service center setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • stellanis Phase 3 training is preferred but not essential.
  • Potential for Team Lead position if able to prove ability for this role.
