Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support through in-store visits, email, video calls, and phone calls.
  • Organize workflows to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
  • Contact clients to gather missing information and respond to inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate key customer feedback to internal teams.
  • This role requires a tech-savvy individual who will develop and maintain a database with essential information for current and prospective customers. Accuracy in this database is critical for smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a customer service support agent
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands on experience with Email Software (e.g. Thunderbird, OutLook...etc) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
