- Stay current on manufacturer programs, rebates, incentives, leasing, financing, and lender requirements
- Ensure all deals are completed in full compliance with OMVIC, lender requirements, privacy standards, and applicable regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales staff, management, lenders, and other departments to keep deliveries moving smoothly
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and with a focus on positive outcomes
- Support the sales team by providing guidance on finance options, approvals, documentation, and delivery requirements
- Contribute to dealership profitability through ethical, customer-focused presentation of F&I products

- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender approvals, credit applications, and F&I product presentation
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with contracts, payments, rates, high-value transactions, and legal documents
- The ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- Comfort using dealership software, lender portals, email, spreadsheets, and other business technology
- A professional, team-first attitude and the ability to work well with sales, accounting, management, and delivery teams
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
