Store Manager – Automotive Sales & Finance

We are one of the fastest-growing independent automotive dealerships in the Lower Mainland, specializing in both prime and non-prime financing. Our dealership is fast-paced, customer-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional buying experience.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who has a proven background in automotive sales, finance, and dealership operations. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and knows how to drive both sales performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of a busy dealership.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the sales and finance teams.
  • Ensure sales targets, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
  • Work closely with Finance Managers to maximize approvals and finance penetration.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor dealership KPIs, inventory, and overall performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
  • Build relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with all dealership policies.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership management experience.
  • Strong experience in both vehicle sales and automotive finance (F&I).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing a high-volume sales environment.
  • Knowledge of subprime and prime financing is considered a strong asset.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
