Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant at Straightline KIA, you'll play a key role in helping our clients find the perfect vehicle to match their needs. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with access to a strong inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, modern tools, and full training. Your focus will be to provide a seamless, professional, and personalized experience from first contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and represent the Straightline brand with professionalism
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate new or used KIA models
  • Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly and confidently
  • Facilitate test drives and explain key technologies such as Drive Wise and EV systems
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with our finance team to assist customers with lease and finance solutions
  • Deliver vehicles with a full explanation of features and post-sale support
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to team success
  • Attend product training and stay up to date on KIA model updates and incentives
  • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior automotive sales experience is an asset but not required—we provide full training
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
