Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) – $4,000 Hiring Incentive

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel systems
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
  • Clearly communicate repair status to Service Advisors
  • Work with the Parts Department to source required parts
  • Document all repairs and parts used for inventory and warranty purposes
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standards

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid 310S license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Ford certification and/or Ford dealership experience is preferred, but ongoing Ford training will be provided
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must supply own tools, safety boots, and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English required
