Job Overview
Join our growing team as a Windshield/Window Repair Technician, where your expertise and skill set will add to the service offering to our customers. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windshields and windows with precision, ensuring each vehicle meets the highest safety and quality standards. Your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will get honed as you work with a variety of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities

  • Perform windshield and window repairs, replacements, and installations using specialized tools and techniques.
  • Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective repair or replacement approach.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and glass installation equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Apply auto glass adhesives, sealants, and tinting films to ensure a secure fit and optimal appearance.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections post-repair to verify quality, safety, and proper fitment.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed using our software platforms
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, and minor auto body repairs when needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience or background in automotive windshield/glass repair is necessary
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience with window tinting, auto body repair, and vehicle detailing is a plus.
