Auto Body Technician
We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Body Technician.

  • Competitive Pay: Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate, up to 42 flat rate including top production level. and certifications
  • Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
  • Certification premiums that increase your base rate—with all OE training costs fully covered by Kirmac
  • Most experienced technicians bill 400+ hours per month

What You Bring
  • Experience as an Auto Body Technician in a high volume or advanced repair environment
  • Strong understanding of modern repair methods, materials, and equipment (experience with EVs, aluminum repair, or ADAS calibration is an asset)
