Instructor Therapist (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Location:

GTA (Toronto, Durham, Peel, North York, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Brampton, Mississauga, East York, Scarborough)

Beyond the Spectrum is seeking passionate Instructor Therapists to provide ABA/IBI therapy in a hybrid model (in-home, school, center, and community settings). Our team works with children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays, supervised by a BCBA/RBA.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA/IBI therapy in 1:1, group, classroom, and community settings
  • Record client progress and treatment data daily
  • Write progress notes for parents and team members
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals in treatment planning
  • Assist in facilitating assessments and program modifications
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings
  • Provide support to clients with diverse needs and behaviors
  • Adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Help with material preparation and shifts as needed

Qualifications:

  • College/BA in Autism Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience providing ABA/IBI therapy (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ASD and childhood development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • First Aid/CPR and Police Check
  • RBT certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with diverse client needs
  • Willingness to work in various environments (home, school, center)

Compensation: $21.00 - $32 per hour (based on experience in the field)

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Independent Contractor
Hours: Monday-Friday (8 AM-8:30 PM), Saturdays (9 AM-6 PM)
