Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Support autistic adults 1:1 and in small groups
  • Help individuals develop life skills, confidence, and independence
  • Deliver personalized programming based on individual goals
  • Work both in-centre and out in the community
  • Track progress and celebrate achievements

What You Bring

  • 1+ year experience working with autistic individuals
  • Diploma/degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for inclusion and empowering others

Required:

  • Police Check & Intervention Record Check
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle

Pay & Schedule

  • $22.81/hour starting wage
  • Monday–Friday | 7.5 hours/day
