Join Our Pediatric OT Team and Make an Impact!
Location: Kitchener — Community & In-Clinic. We have a bright and vibrant clinic located inside Benton Medical. You will support a caseload of clients with diverse developmental needs across the clinic, schools, and homes.
The Ways We Support Pediatrics
Our pediatric program is built to be flexible — you can work across settings, or focus in on the one that suits you best:
- In the Community: We support public contracts for ASD pediatrics, along with outreach supports through the Urgent Response Program, meeting families where they are.
- In the Clinic: We support both OAP-funded and private-pay clients, in our welcoming clinic space.
- In Local Schools: We work closely with local KW schools and teachers, supporting kids where they learn and collaborating directly with their education teams.
- Across Settings: Many of our therapists blend community, school, home, and clinic work into one caseload.
Training & Guidance, Tailored to You
No matter your experience level, you're supported from day one:
- This role can be shaped around the ages and conditions you're most comfortable with — you're never expected to take on a caseload outside your scope or comfort level.
- We provide internal training workshops on pediatric assessments and interventions, so you can build confidence and expand your skills at your own pace.
- New to a particular population or setting? You'll have job shadowing and one-on-one mentorship to help you ease in before taking on related cases independently.
- Want to specialize further? Our $500 annual external education allowance and internal learning programs support you in growing toward the niche you're most passionate about.
Benefits that Shine
- Sign-On Bonus – Receive up to $7,000 in sign-on incentives for full-time roles.* Additional relocation bonus option for those looking to relocate.
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness Coverage – Benefit coverage for extended health, dental, and vision care. Includes prescription coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and access to a wellness program.
- Generous Paid Time Off – Includes vacation, with paid time for training and team meetings.
- Company Pension & RRSP Matching – Plan for your future with an employer-matched Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP) and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
- Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development – Annual $500 external education allowance, internal learning programs, and paid access to mentorship and career advancement. We internally provide training workshops on various pediatric assessments and interventions!
- Flexible Work Schedules & Remote Options – Create a schedule that works for your lifestyle. Enjoy a hybrid model with the ability to work from home for documentation, clinics, and in the community.
- Structured Onboarding Program – Includes structured training, job shadowing, and one-on-one mentorship tailored to your experience.
- Relocation Assistance – Moving to join our team? We offer support to help ease your transition.
- Casual Dress & Supportive Culture – We value comfort and authenticity. Our work culture is grounded in mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to quality care.
- On-Site Parking – Free, convenient parking at many of our locations.
- Company Events & Team Connection – Regular in-person socials, holiday parties, peer support groups, and a welcoming, OT-led team environment.
- Award-Winning & OT-Centered – Proud recipient of the OBIA Rehab Company of the Year Award and OSOT Award of Merit 2025. Our focus is 100% Occupational Therapy — designed by OTs, for OTs.
Why Choose Us?

- Continuous Development: Access internal educational programs, mentorship initiatives, and specialized training to enhance your skills!
- Work Environment: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our hybrid model, offering the flexibility to work from home and engage with communities. Our therapists craft their schedules for optimal work-life balance, ensuring a fulfilling career. We have a BEAUTIFUL clinic to interact with peers within.
