Our Employer Partner is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their growing hearing healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional who is passionate about improving quality of life through hearing health services and delivering exceptional client care.

About the Role

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments
  • Recommend and fit hearing devices
  • Provide ongoing client support
  • Build strong relationships within the local medical and community network

This role blends clinical expertise, client care, and business development within a collaborative team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHearing Assessments & Client Care

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aid candidacy assessments
  • Interpret hearing test results and provide professional recommendations
  • Select, fit, verify, and adjust hearing devices based on client needs
  • Deliver exceptional client care from initial consultation through follow-up appointments
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Hearing Aid Technology & Troubleshooting

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry advancements
  • Support clients with fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Create ear impressions and assist with customization
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs or calibration

Client Relationship Management

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful
