Dallas Mercer Consulting (DMC) is growing, and we’re excited to expand our Disability Management Services in Saskatchewan.

This is an opportunity to join our national consulting firm and play a key role in shaping and growing our Saskatchewan operations while making a meaningful impact on employers and employees across the province.

More About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping employers and employees navigate disability claims (both occupational and non-occupational) to resolution.

As part of our growing team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain case management plans (occupational and non-occupational) that are outcome focused
  • Use a collaborative approach with employers, employees and key stakeholders to create action plans to safely return absent employees to work in a timely and sustainable manner
  • Identify, review and assess medical, functional and occupational information and factors
  • Identify and mitigate barriers to recovery and Return to Work plan
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case management records

What We are Looking For:

We recognize that disability management professionals can come from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Knowledge and experience in disability management, return-to-work coordination, attendance management, insurance systems and/or workers’ compensation legislation
  • Experience in Disability Case Management is considered an asset
  • A related bachelor’s degree (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, and Nursing considered assets)
  • Related professional designations such as CDMP, CRTWC are considered assets
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Relationship building skills with a client-focused approach
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgement and decision-making
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
