Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This role is ideal for a driven, articulate, and relationship-oriented professional looking to make a real impact within a unique niche at the intersection of real estate, healthcare, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively schedule and conduct qualified consultations with healthcare providers across North America.
  • Educate clients on commercial real estate strategies and develop tailored solutions to support their practice goals.
  • Drive attendance and engagement in strategic corporate events and healthcare-related continuing education conferences.
  • Complete Cirrus’s advanced sales and real estate training program to build expertise in healthcare leasing and practice management.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) to manage leads, track activities, and ensure a streamlined sales process.

What We Offer

  • $70,000-$110,000 On Target Earnings (Base + Commission)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Experience in healthcare, real estate, or consulting sales is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com (preferred).
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach and a growth mindset.
