Position Summary
The Community Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for increasing awareness of our escape room experiences through social media, community engagement, local partnerships, and grassroots marketing.
This position combines digital marketing with outside sales and relationship building to attract new guests, schools, businesses, corporate groups, and community organizations.

Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation

· Create engaging TikTok videos highlighting our experiences.

· Produce Facebook and Instagram content.

· Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos.

· Record guests (with permission) enjoying their experiences.

· Stay current on social media trends.

· Help build our online brand personality.

· Schedule and publish content.

· Respond to comments and messages as assigned.

· Assist with contests and promotional campaigns.

Community Outreach & Sales

· Visit local businesses to introduce our experiences.

· Build relationships with hotels, tourism operators, schools, sports teams, charities, and community organizations.

· Promote corporate team-building events.

· Promote birthday party packages.

· Promote school and youth group programs.

· Attend networking events, trade shows, festivals, and community events.

· Distribute promotional materials and coupons.

· Identify new partnership opportunities.

· Follow up on prospective leads.

Marketing Support

· Help coordinate seasonal promotions.

· Assist during special events.

· Maintain promotional displays.

· Track marketing initiatives and results.

· Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining completed activities and new opportunities.

Weekly Performance Expectations
A typical successful week may include:

· 3–5 original TikTok videos

· 5–10 Facebook posts

· 5–10 Instagram posts or Reels

· 5–10 Instagram/Facebook Stories

· Visit 5–10 local businesses

· Contact 10–20 organizations through email or phone

· Attend networking meetings or partnership appointments (when scheduled)

· Submit one weekly activity report and prepare monthly reports for management team.

Quality is more important than quantity. Creativity, consistency, and measurable results are expected.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:

· Friendly and outgoing

· Comfortable approaching new people

· Confident speaking with business owners

· Creative and enjoys making videos

· Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

· Organized and self-motivated

· Reliable and professional

· Comfortable working independently

· Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Previous marketing or sales experience is considered an asset but is not required.
