  • Have good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Want a stable, long-term career

Electrical or manufacturing experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Experience That Transfers Well

Many successful members of our team have come from backgrounds such as:

  • Manufacturing
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Electrical

  • Industrial maintenance
  • Heavy equipment
  • Machinery or equipment repair
  • Aerospace
  • Cabinetmaking or woodworking
  • Marine
  • Millwright or fabrication
  • Other skilled trades and hands-on occupations

Don't see your background listed?

If you enjoy building things, have good hand skills, take pride in your work, and are eager to learn, we'd still encourage you to apply.

What We Offer

  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Competitive wages based on experience and ability
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Paid on-the-job training
  • A clean, modern manufacturing environment
  • Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth
  • A supportive team that values quality, craftsmanship, respect, and continuous improvement
