Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletic Therapist or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic healthcare team immediately. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional therapeutic care, support athlete recovery, and enhance overall well-being. As a vital member of our clinic, you will deliver personalized treatment plans, foster positive client relationships, and contribute to a thriving health-focused environment. Duties

  • Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to promote healing and recovery
  • Administer therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, massage, and rehabilitative exercises
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications
  • Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, progress notes, and client records in compliance with privacy standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client throughput and satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expectations, and post-treatment care instructions

Requirements

  • Certification as an Athletic Therapist or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the relevant licensing body
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal injuries and therapies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • Prior experience in sports therapy or clinical rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
