Technical Documentation Specialist (FrameMaker)

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Review and maintain existing technical and customer-facing documentation.
• Manage updates to master procedure documents using Adobe FrameMaker.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with document owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate changes.
• Lead the documentation review process, ensuring updates are accurate, consistent, and completed within project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation quality and maintain version control.

Our Client:

A large Canadian enterprise organization seeking short-term support for a documentation modernization initiative.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:

• Previous experience managing technical or operational documentation within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience using Adobe FrameMaker to create, edit, and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and competing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining document accuracy and consistency.

Additional Information:

• Fully remote opportunity.
• Immediate start preferred.
• $50-55/hr
