- Liaising professionally with senior leaders, directors, external stakeholders, and governance committees
- Maintaining highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organizing documentation, records, contracts, expense claims, and other executive administration
- Anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an Executive Assistant who is confident, polished, and highly organized with the ability to support a senior executive operating within a complex environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives with significant organizational responsibility
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and succinctly
- Superior attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, formatting, and presentation quality
- The confidence and judgment to ask questions, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, leadership teams, and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
- Experience supporting executives within government, regulatory, public sector, healthcare, nonprofit, or governance-focused organizations would be considered a strong asset.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
- Newly created Executive Assistant position with the opportunity to establish a true executive partnership
- Hybrid work environment following onboarding
- Competitive salary
- Employer-paid comprehensive health and dental benefits (excluding LTD)
- Annual Health Spending Account
- Defined Benefit Pension Plan
- Three weeks of vacation to start plus 12 general holidays and an annual holiday break in December
- Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
- Work with a collaborative organization that genuinely values professionalism, work-life balance, and employee well-being
