Purerange Food Equipment is a well-established commercial food equipment company specializing in the sales, design, supply, installation, and service of restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment. We work with restaurants, food-service businesses, contractors, developers, and other commercial customers to provide practical and reliable equipment solutions.

Our team works with a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, food preparation equipment, warewashing, smallware, and specialized food-service machinery. We support our customers throughout the entire process, from identifying their equipment needs and preparing quotations to coordinating suppliers, delivery, installation, and service. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are a chef, cook, kitchen manager, or have experience working in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.

About the Position
The ideal candidate is confident working with customers, has strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and enjoys learning about machinery, equipment, and technical products.
This position involves working with restaurants, food-service businesses, contractors, and other commercial customers to identify their equipment needs and provide the right solutions. The successful candidate should be comfortable using both digital and online marketing strategies, as well as traditional sales techniques, to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate commercial food equipment
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with leads, customers, and outstanding quotations
• Communicate with customers in Mandarin and English by phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, contractors, and internal team members
• Visit restaurants, commercial kitchens, and construction job sites as required
• Assist customers with equipment selection, specifications, and product information
• Maintain organized and detailed customer records and sales documentation
• Follow sales opportunities from initial inquiry through to completion
• Assist with online marketing, product promotion, and lead generation
• Stay up to date on commercial kitchen equipment, machinery, and industry trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sales opportunities
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to stay on top of customer requests
• Comfortable visiting job sites and meeting customers in person
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license

Assets
The following experience or interests are considered strong assets:

• Experience working with restaurants- chefs, cooks, restaurant managers, food-service businesses, and etc.
• Technical background or a strong interest in machinery, mechanical systems, or equipment
• Experience reading equipment specifications, drawings, or technical information
• Comfortable using online marketing, social media, or digital marketing to enhance sales
• Existing relationships within the restaurant or food-service industry
• Cantonese is an asset
• Experience with digital and online marketing is an asset but not required
